- Can you remove stains?

Yes, we can remove almost all kinds of stains but can't provide you with an ultimate guarantee without looking at the stain. However, if your stains are that hard not to be removed with our efficient tactics then they might never will.

- The hooks are really hard to get out.... will you do that?

-- Well, we have got good news in this case. You are not supposed to remove any hooks from the curtains at all. Our cleaning process involves hanging them on the rods which require hooks so just leave them as they are with the curtains.

- Do you guarantee my curtains won't shrink?

-- Apologies, but there is no such guarantee from our side. Fabrics do shrink, especially when they are washed for the first time. So, if your curtains are to be washed for the first time then there is an adequate chance of them being shrunk. However, we have come up with techniques so as to minimize the chances of shrinking and make sure to put in all our efforts in making your stuff newer and better!

Note: Extra services are only available when you buy curtain washing service. All curtains above 3M height or 3.5M width will be quoted based on measurements. Curtain width is measured from the bottom and ungathered as the 'gather' at the top of the curtain may lead to an incorrect estimate. Prices given by phone or email are rough estimates. If required, we can email you an exact quote after measuring the curtains on the receipt. Please notify us if you need the exact cost before cleaning. If you send us the wrong size/service during the online order or by phone/email, we will revise the invoice and email you the invoice for the price difference after measuring your curtains. Curtain repair quotes can be provided if required.
